My Makeup & Skincare Travel Essentials | MissNessieMarie

When going to different places especially overseas, I get super excited just thinking about it and packing up things. For me, it is important to travel lightly and just bring along just the necessary things to avoid the hassle. Then, when it comes to my skincare and makeup stash, I make sure that I just bring those that I need the most in sample sized bottles or travel packs.

Below are just some of my makeup and skincare travel buddies:

These are what I would bring along with me in my handbag when I am inside the plane because as we all know, we need to keep our skin, especially our face hydrated as much as possible because air inside the plane is too drying.

Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes with Argan Oil, Ethyl Alcohol, Facial Masks, Celeteque Lip Balm, Laneige Sleeping Pack, CC Cream sample sized tube from Holika Holika, my MAC Lipstick in Twig, Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer in Medium, Maybelline’s Rocket Volum’ Mascara, Nyx Butter Gloss in Angel’s Food Cake, and Nichido Eyeliner Pencil in Brown

I like to place it inside a clear/meshed bag because it is easy for me to dig in to it and retrieve what I need because I can see the contents inside.

Products below will go inside my check in luggage because the liquid content is more than the allowed volume for carry on luggage.

2 Sample size of Etude House’s BB and CC creams, NYX lipstick in Iris in a pot, MAC single eyeshadow, pimple/acne clear gel, Revlon Lipstick, e.l.f Eyeshadow Palette, in2it Lipstick in Ochre, Maybelline Lipstick in Coral Crush, Collection Fast Stroke Liquid Eyeliner, Maybelline Eyeliner, Missha Liquid Foundation (sample size), e.l.f. Eyelid Primer, and Etude House Precious Minerals Pressed Powder

Belo Sun Expert Body Lotion and Boy Mist, St. Ives Apricot Scrub, Dove Deo, Etude House Collagen Moistfull First Essence, Etude House Skin Malgam, ONL Dermost Moistay Emulsion and A’Pieu Essential Source Snail Vital Lotion

Finally, I like to put them all in a hard box so that they will not be squeezed inside my luggage and I also make sure that the caps are tightly closed to prevent spills.

I got this hard box from my subscription to a local subscription box. You may also use those chocolate or biscuit tin can containers.

There you go! I hope this article will give you an idea on what products I bring along with me when traveling. For all of you guys who will be going to places may it be overseas or just locally, have a safe and wonderful trip.

Love you lots!

    • Wow! Thanks! About the eyeshadow, it has a great color payoff considering the price which is very affordable. It is pigmented especially if you will use the e.l.f. eye primer and will last you a good amount of hours.

  1. I’m truly enjoying the design and layout of your site.
It’s a very easy oon tthe eyes which makes it much more pleasant for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a designer to
    create your theme? Excellent work!
